Live - In Service
Live - In Service
More and more seniors want to age in place. They don’t want to leave their homes, and the idea of going to a long-term care facility is not appealing. Live-in care can provide peace of mind for the client and the family by knowing that somebody is in the house full-time, keeping them safe. Once somebody starts needing continual assistance with two or more activities of daily living, it may be a good idea to explore live-in help.
Live-in service is when a trained caregiver lives with the client and provides care throughout the day, 7 days per week. Clients that are able to provide a designated bedroom and bathroom for the caregiver and allow the caregiver uninterrupted 8 hours of sleep benefit from this option.
